Facts
After every new installation, save the machine firmware/settings and email Eric with the machine barcode so a copy can be kept on cncu.
RDWorks: save settings in vendor info.
PrintEXP: export .bsfx and .xtfx files (example from the thread: F-DTF 600 barcode 479174823292 Firmware Config.bsfx / Firmware Parameter Config.bsfx.xtfx).
Related later note (2024-07-20) also requires firmware export on callout with the callout report and barcode; this 2023 note is specifically for new installs.
