## Facts

- After every **new installation**, save the machine firmware/settings and email Eric with the **machine barcode** so a copy can be kept on cncu.
- RDWorks: save settings in vendor info.
- PrintEXP: export `.bsfx` and `.xtfx` files (example from the thread: F-DTF 600 barcode `479174823292` Firmware Config.bsfx / Firmware Parameter Config.bsfx.xtfx).
- Related later note (2024-07-20) also requires firmware export **on callout** with the callout report and barcode; this 2023 note is specifically for **new installs**.
