**Heatware** presses are the finishing half of DTF and sublimation — not a standalone factory. Combo / clamshell / mug / tumbler units are easy first-ticket items because Johannesburg usually holds them and how-tos are short.

Press-only “t-shirt business” still needs DTF (or vinyl flex via Vinyl4 + press). Twin-station / larger flats when volume justifies.
