# Troubleshoot — where to look (no PII)

For clients who **already own** the machine (or software) and need fix / setup / procedure — not for first-machine sales. Prefer **one** matching how-to over a catalog dump.

**Do not dump PII.** This public KB has no people profiles. Skip email threads that name customers, bank refs, personal phones, or private addresses. Use anonymised training pages, manuals, and YouTube indexes only.
