  1. ~~Activation on Monitor-PC:~~ Answered 2026-09-05 — activated.
  2. ~~Which cutter(s) should Monitor-PC drive first~~ Skipped for now (2026-09-05) — Eric deferred hardware; continue software-only learning. Re-open when ready: Vinyl4 / V-Smart / V-Series / V-Auto and expected USB / connection name in VinylCut.
  3. ~~Contour cut practice hardware / printer source:~~ Skipped with hardware (2026-09-05). Re-open when a contour-capable cutter and print source are chosen.
  4. Default cut presets: Any shop-standard speed / force / offset / blade presets Vector must use (or must not change) on Monitor-PC? (Can wait until a cutter is attached.)
  5. Seat policy: Is this Monitor-PC install a dedicated training seat, or a production seat that must stay deactivated/movable?
  6. File locations: Where should practice project files live on Monitor-PC (and which folders are off-limits)? Preferred native save extension / naming if you care.
  7. Version pin: Stay on 5.028 as installed, or upgrade toward builds that include 5.030 registration-mark materials?
