Routine Maintenance for Your A3 DTF Printer

Your A3 DTF printer is a powerhouse of precision—but like any high-performance machine, it needs regular care to stay in top shape. With simple, consistent maintenance, you can avoid clogs, prevent downtime, and extend the life of your printer. This quick guide will help you keep every print clean, crisp, and colourful, day after day.

Daily: Check & Empty the Waste Ink Tank

• Inspect daily: If more than half full, drain using a syringe withan ink pipe (SKU: F-INK/TUBE4), if very full, remove & wash with water.
• When: Daily check, empty at least every 2 weeks.

Daily: Clean the Ink Wiper & Ink Cap

• Wipe the Ink Wiper (SKU: F-INK/WIPER/A3) and Ink Cap with
• Microfiber Wipe & Cleaning Liquid daily.
• Replace if: Cracked, hardened, or bent.
• When: Daily check

Weekly: Clean the Grating Belt

• Wipe the Grating Belt (SKU: AG-OCP/25) using Optical Wipe (SKU: L-OPTICAL/WIPE) & 95%+ alcohol.
• Replace if: Cracked or ink won’t come off.
• When: Weekly or if ink is visible.

Monthly: Lubricate the Linear Guide Rail

• Apply High-Speed Lubrication Oil (SKU: NO-STOP/1) using a Microfiber Wipe (SKU: AM-WIPE/5).
• When: Once a month or if ink splashes on it.

Holidays / Extended non use (Inactivity for > 3 Days)

• Move the carriage to the left
