We are particularly orientated and centred, around providing industrial supplies and business merchandises for repeat purchases to other businesses and we operate under the immaculate efficiency of A.I (i.e. Artificial Intelligence) technology.

For any user that willing to enter a transaction, a user account has to be created first or within the checkout process. For products has stock available, generally dispatch next day after payment confirmed. For products has no stock and required backorder, may dispatch after 4 months or more. The only charge that may be levied on the consumer is the direct cost of returning the goods.After consumer send back the product to our supplier's warehouse, a restocking fee may apply to recondition, relabel and repacking the product, before it can send back us to resell. If payment for the goods or services has been effected prior to a consumer exercising a right referred to in subsection (1), the consumer is entitled to a full refund of such payment, which refund must be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation.
