How It Works:

Membership Activation:

Membership is a product you can purchase on Buythis.co.za.

Once purchased, your membership is automatically activated or extended.
Discounts:

For benefits (1) and (2), a coupon will be provided to use at checkout.

For benefit (3), specific qualified products (e.g., "laser tube," "spindle," "printhead," "plasma torch," "laser torch") will be listed on a dedicated Longevity Page.
Members can submit a photo showing the malfunctioning product destroyed with the barcode visible to claim a 30%-off coupon for a replacement.

Target Client Base:

The Craftsman Club is designed for clients with high-volume production needs. The discounts are attractive for these clients and offer added value for products without warranty or installation coverage.

Warranty Conditions:

Longevity products are covered only if installed by AM.CO.ZA technicians and used on AM.CO.ZA machines.

Clients installing products themselves or using non-AM.CO.ZA machines will not have warranty coverage.

Will the discount apply to shipping? No, shipping and free shipping policies remain unchanged.
Does the client need to be a member when claiming the longevity discount? Yes, an active membership is required to access the Longevity Page and make a claim.
How long does it take to claim the longevity discount? Claims are processed instantly upon uploading a photo of the destroyed product with its barcode. We reserve the right to request additional evidence or require the product to be sent back for examination.
How long is the coupon valid for once issued? Longevity discount coupons are valid for 3 months from the issue date. They can only be used for the same SKU product or a pre-defined alternative if the SKU is no longer available.
What if a product has the wrong category? Product categories are assigned by AI and may have errors. Contact us at info@buythis.co.za to have the category corrected. Corrections may take some time.
Will the longevity discount cover products purchased before membership activation? No, only products purchased during an active membership period are eligible for longevity discount claims.
