We like to play things fast and cost-efficient here at Buythis.co.za - this way we can pass these savings on to you, our loyal customers. This does mean that internal systems, like our admin & finance systems are heavily automated. With these automations - there are some limitations for custom customer change requests on admin documents.

The right info at the right time - makes light work

Please be sure to add all the required info you need on the info to your account and billing details before you order as all our sales documents like invoices and warrentes are generated.

If we receive the right information at the right time, it saves us a lot of admin runaround later - saving time helps us offer better prices on products, services and devices.

Before order, be sure that you add all the relevant information to your billing details that you will need our invoice to reflect the following is critical for VAT /TAX invoices

Your Full Company or legal entity name,
VAT number of your Company or legal entity
All relevant industry required codes etc.
Be sure to check with your bookkeeper and accountant if you are not sure what details you require to reflect.

Then once payment is confirmed, an email with a tax invoice will be sent out, and the correct vat number will be on it. You are welcome to view and download invoices at a later stage for the order listing page on your account.

Adding & adjusting details after purchase.

The simplest way to ensure that all info reflected on our invoice is to add it BEFORE you order. However, if there is a situation where we need to add details after the order has been processed - one can add the details in the Notes field of the invoice as seen here.
