# Item Dropoff Progress

We’ve made it easier to track the progress of your dropoff. Before you bring in a product, please generate generate a unique **DAN** (*Dropoff Authorisation Number*) you can generate a number on our [DAN generator page](https://fulfillment.co.za/dropoff).

## Check Progress of Dropoff

Once you have a DAN number and dropped off your machine, you can Track progress. Simply Enter your DAN and your **Google email address** below to open a private Google Chat Space where our technicians will communicate with you directly as they work on your item.

Please note: **You must use a Google Account email address**, as access to the Chat Space is only available through **Google Chat.**
