The Importance of Policies that Foster Technological Development and Innovation

PLEASE TAKE NOTE that due to the technological advancements, which are characteristic of this industry, certain products or parts may have been discontinued or certain software may have become outdated or incompatible in light of newer products and product parts. Our machines are exactly the same, and accordingly we cannot guarantee the availability of parts for older machines, or that the newer software or newer parts will be compatible with the older machines. That said, in order to ensure the ongoing value of your purchase we will try our utmost to source or keep spare parts for a period of 5 years following the date of the sale of the machine, should any replacement be required in respect of the service, maintenance or repair of the machine. 

If, despite the above-mentioned conditions, or after 5 years from date of purchase, there is a need for maintenance or repair of machines which require replacement parts or software which are not compatible with the older machine, we will immediately advise you. In this instance you will unfortunately be required to source aftermarket parts (if available) or to replace the machine with a newer model. If such replacement is necessitated within the 5-year period we will - at our discretion but without obligation - attempt to provide you with a discount on a replacement purchase depending on the margins and specifications relating to the machine model in question.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTE that our value-added service of providing onsite check-ups or services, per appointment, will only be available for a period of 5 years after the sale of the machine. Thereafter the machine will have to be delivered to our designated service centre at your expense.

Once we take delivery of the machine we will undertake a full inspection of the machine and advise you regarding the maintenance, repair or replacement required and whether such repair or replacement (to the extent applicable) is possible given the availability of parts and/or compatibility of the software.

Therefore, should you opt to send the machine and computer (if required) to our service centre, in order for senior technicians and, if necessary, factory technicians (when possible) to help with your machine, you will need to follow the process.
