The construction and renovation of our new 6000sqm warehouse that we have acquired in Sunnyrock in the East Rand is very exciting. Thanks to the support of our valued customers, [AM.CO.ZA](https://am.co.za/) has experienced amazing growth, and 2023 is a big year for [AM.CO.ZA](https://am.co.za/).

The facility will comprise a 2000 sqm warehouse, 300 sqm of demonstration space, 150 sqm of sale space and 400 sqm of [spare parts](https://buythis.co.za/spare-parts#ai) storage, all on the top floor. There will be 550 sqm of showroom space on the middle floor. The lower floor will have 400 sqm for machine repairs for [Machine.africa](https://machine.africa/) with its own entrance. And while you are at our new headquarters, you can grab tea or coffee at our 250 sqm tea garden and coffee shop.
