It was a chance for them to get up close and personal with the world of machinery and industry—pretty cool stuff for a school outing! They didn’t just watch, they got to jump in and do things themselves. Seeing their designs turn into real, wearable shirts was a blast, and they picked up some real know-how about how printing gets done. They had tons of questions, and the AM.CO.ZA team was great about answering them, making sure the kids walked away with a ton of new info. No worries, though, AM.CO.ZA promised to send the rest later, so every kid would get their custom creation in hand. The kids couldn’t stop talking about how much they appreciated it and how it opened their eyes to new possibilities, like maybe even jobs they could do someday. We learned a bunch and got to mess around with some the machinery. It’s definitely something I’ll remember.” By the end, the kids were buzzing with excitement and gratitude.
