In the heart of Randfontein, South Africa, *Super HandyMan* has built a reputation for high-quality stainless steel fabrication. We recently paid them a visit to see just how powerful and efficient [AM.CO.ZA](https://am.co.za/) machinery is in their day-to-day operations.

### Precision Cutting with the RayCut Laser

Our visit began with a 2mm stainless steel sheet, protected by a film. The process started with the **RAYCUT** laser cutter delicately scoring the film to remove it before initiating the actual cut.

Once the cutting started, it was nothing short of impressive—**silky smooth, sharp, and fast**. The machine sliced through the steel effortlessly, showing off the precision and power that make the RAYCUT so popular among fabricators.

### From Flat Sheet to Functional Bin

Next, we moved on to the fabrication of oil bins. The top sections were cut out and **marked for bending**. After carefully bending them into shape, it was time for the welding.

Welding was done using the **LaserMaster Versatile**—a high-performance machine using **2 bars of nitrogen** for a clean, strong weld. The bin was tacked into place, and the welds followed with impressive consistency.

And the result? A **flawless weld finish**—even before grinding and buffing.
