**We Plan to Setup a Factory that Manufactures CNC Machines**

We plan to set up a fully functional factory to manufacture CNC Routers:

	- Entry Level (very entry level) CNC Routers

	- Fully Functional from Welding, Painting to Wiring

	- Produce 50 Machines a Month

**We will NOT Sell it, Rather Rent it**

We will manufacture the machines and sell to Bizmatic (Pty) Ltd.
Bizmatic will rent the machine to you on a rent-to-own basis.

Qualification criteria will be:

	- Companies Only, in Business Minimal 20 Months

	- In last 3 month period, with balance over 10 times of monthly rental payment

	- Or monthly disposable income always more than twice of monthly rental payment

	- Financial requirement applies to company bank account and main directory bank account

	- Personal surety is required from the main director

	- (these criteria are suggested, not final)
