# DTF Textile Printer - Firmware and Software Index

Inventory of **firmware update packages** and related **control/RIP software** from the local cncu.co.za mirror under `T:\U\C\directTOFILM-DTF-Textile-Printer\`, mapped to live `https://cncu.co.za/...` URLs.
English prose only. **No pricing.** Firmware / installer binaries themselves are **not** copied into this KB (pointer + URL only).

DTF textile is **not** thin: PrintExp `Firmware Upgrades\` plus `Saved Firmware\` machine backups, PrintExp ZIPs, InkRIP, and SAi FlexiPRINT installers. One-product rule: ingested **directTOFILM DTF Textile Printer** (did not fall back to UV-DTF or LaserMaster).

## What this firmware is

DTF textile printers do **not** use a product-root `Firmware\` / `Firmwares\` tree (local absent; live **404**). Board / controller updates live under:

1. **PrintExp Firmware Upgrades** (`PrintExp DTF Printer Control & Alignment Software\Firmware Upgrades\`): generic DTF600 `.upfy` board/controller images, generic DTF600 `.bsfx`/`.xtfx` config pairs, and **PrintExp Upgrade Tool V5.101**. Folder `DO NOT USE.txt` says "only for some situation" - treat as special-cases; flash only when support directs.
2. **Saved Firmware** (`...\Saved Firmware\`): **machine-serial** backups (A3 `.xpcfx`, F-DTF 300/600 `.bsfx`/`.xtfx`, plus a few H-DTF / i1600 / UV300 dumps). Not generic upgrade packages.
3. **Waveform files** next to PrintExp (`Waveform Files\`) - printhead waveform `.waf`, not board FW.

Prefer **newer wins**. Wrong-version flash risk - only when support directs. Support WhatsApp +27 60 600 7000.

## English upgrade notes (pointers)

There is no dedicated English "how to upgrade DTF firmware" PDF in this tree. Closest English operational docs are the PrintExp Printer Control & Alignment Software Instruction (2024 handbook + 2022 predecessor), the Network/PrintExp/FlexiPRINT setup-guide screenshots, and the TC3-401T temperature/timer manual. `DO NOT USE.txt` = special-cases only.

Match HBL payload to printhead count (I3200 4H vs I3200 2H vs XP600 2H). Prefer **K2.75 Cable 5.8.1.1.69 unicode 20250219** over the 20231106 Cable twin. 010_GLB V5.8.1.1.57 is a different family - do not mix with Cable unless support directs.

- **F-DTF 300 `.bsfx`/`.xtfx`:** many barcode pairs. Newest generic-looking: **F-DTF 300, A3-xp11 (V5.7.6.5.30.Single)** (2025-09-19).
- **F-DTF 600 `.bsfx`/`.xtfx`:** many barcode pairs. Newer examples: **188921305947** and **889777772215** (2025-01-12).
- **F-DTF i600 (i1600 printhead)** one pair (2024-11-17).
