## What this firmware is

EasyRoute machines use a **Weihong NK105** (G2/G3 family) handheld DSP controller. Each ZIP/folder is a **factory or blank firmware image** for a specific year/model (bed size, ATC vs stepper/servo, Express, stone, multi-head, etc.). Typical package contents: `CHN`/`ENG` UI, `Config`, `Font`, `NewNK200` tooling.

**Newer wins** when choosing among blanks or year models (e.g. prefer `2026 Model ATC Blank.zip` for a major blank upgrade unless support directs otherwise).

**Blank-upgrade summary (from English guide):** back up first; write down tool-change / velocity / spindle params; download latest `*Blank*.zip` (currently **2026 Model ATC Blank**); unzip to USB root; boot System Core Menu (hold Shift); Delete parameters → Update public → Update system; reboot **without** homing; re-enter params; reboot. Risk: rare brick — only when necessary. Support WhatsApp +27 60 600 7000.

`Firmware Update\` and `System Update\` folders contain a `DO NOT USE.txt` noting **"only for some situation"** — treat those NK105 `.nb0` images as specialist/support-directed, not general customer upgrades.
