EasyRoute CNC Router -- Software Notes

English notes from the local cncu.co.za EasyRoute tree. No pricing. Installers/EXEs/ZIPs are not copied (pointers only). Copied small notes live under sources/manuals/easyroute/software/.

RouterCAM (AM.CO.ZA CorelDRAW G-code plugin)

• Local folder: T:\U\C\EasyRoute-CNC-Router\AM.CO.ZA RouterCAM CNC G-code Generator CAM Software\
• Installers present locally (not copied): AM.CO.ZA RouterCAM 3.exe (~14.3 MB), AM.CO.ZA RouterCAM 4.exe (~22.1 MB). Prefer RouterCAM 4 (newer).
• Copied: manuals/easyroute/software/RouterCAM-ReleaseNotes.txt (changelog through RouterCAM 3.10.18 / 2023-12-15; formerly gCode Generator).
• EasyRoute CorelDRAW post-processor also copied from the sibling plugin folder: AM.CO.ZA_EasyRoute_CNC_Router_Series.pp (same family as Driver for EasyRoute CNC Router\AM.CO.ZA EasyRoute CNC Router Series.pp).

NC Studio (Weihong motion control PC software)

• Two pulse-equivalent setups (not copied): NCStudio V5.5.60 Setup - 0.003125 Pulse Equivalent\ and ... 0.00625 Pulse Equivalent\ (+ ZIP of the 0.00625 tree).
• Pulse values already documented in drivers/easyroute-pulse-equivalent-settings.md. Use the matching installer for the machine's pulse equivalent; newer wins only within the same pulse family.

JDPaint 5.19

• Full installed tree under T:\U\C\EasyRoute-CNC-Router\JDPaint 5.19\ (EXE/DLLs not copied).
• English/mixed CHM help under Help\ (not copied; several large): JDP_Design.chm (~9.5 MB), SurfMill_NCPath.chm, JDVirs_Sample.chm (~16.7 MB sample), What's_New.chm.

• Copied English docs:

• Still local-only: ~15 English tutorial PDFs under SAi EnRoute Pro Installed Folder 64bit 2600055\Tutorials\ (Celtic knot, dragon, rapid texture, etc.). Skipped license PDFs in other languages and SAi_PriceList_EnRoute V6 (no pricing stored).

Autodesk Fusion 360

• Copied: Fusion-360-Readme.txt (subscription CAM; works with EasyRoute) and Weihong post 10717_Weihong-NCstudio_with-arcs.cps.
• Not copied: Fusion 360 Client Downloader.exe (~9.8 MB).
• Post-processor install doc (external): Autodesk knowledge article linked from the Readme (how to add a personal post).

• CorelDRAW EasyRoute series .pp copied (see RouterCAM).
• ENG File to G-Code File Converter\ is a binary/ZIP tree (Chinese-named ZIP) -- skipped.
• Grayscale Carving 3D Relief\ is sample media (BMP/JDP) -- skipped as media.
