LabelMark does not use a product-root Firmware\ / Firmwares\ tree (local absent; live 404). There are no .iic / .bin flash images in this product folder. Closest update packages live in three places:

  1. BslAppSimple / SeaThinking control software under Component Manual\ (dated ZIP family; newer wins). Newest on disk is BslApp_Simple_5.2.5x86_20240423 (local only; online 404). Newest live ZIP that verifies HTTP 200 is BslAppSimple 5.2.5x86-20231218.1520.zip.
  2. Laser source diagnostic / controller tools under Laser Source Diagnostic Tools\ (AOC NANO Controller GUI + GainLaser Nanosecond UV Solid State Laser).
  3. LMC V4 USB board driver under 2021 Model LabelMark USB LMC V4 Drivers\ (.sys / .inf dated 2025-03).

Prefer newer wins. Wrong-version flash / wrong-board driver risk - only when support directs. Support WhatsApp +27 60 600 7000.

English upgrade notes (pointers)

There is no dedicated English "how to upgrade LabelMark firmware" PDF in this tree. Closest English operational docs are the SeaThinking / LabelMark 5 software handbook, the 20W Mini machine manual, and the LMC2014 USB-LMC client-use handbook. BslTools PDF next to BslTools.exe is Chinese (not copied).
