## What this firmware is

PowerRoute industrial CNC routers in this tree use a **Syntec** mill controller (labels seen: **11MA / 11A**, **21-series Mill**, **Windows CE 7 ARM**). Assets fall into two groups:

1. **Syntec CNC Upgrade Packages** — full controller software image ZIP (`21AMillCE7_ARM_10.116.24T.zip`, Mill CE7 ARM build **10.116.24T**). Prefer the **newest matching controller family / version** when support directs an update (**newer wins** by version string, e.g. **10.116.24T** over older 10.116.x).
2. **Firmwares\Syntec 11MA Absolute Backup** — machine-serial absolute backups dated **2023-05-19** for unit **M1F1449** (MB = main/parameter disk tree; SB = OpenInstaller side / system image config). These are **restore points for that machine**, not a general “flash this on every PowerRoute.” Wrong-machine restore risk — only when support directs. Support WhatsApp +27 60 600 7000.

OpenInstaller metadata on the SB package: `Syntec Cnc` version **Mill7_10.116.0N**, platform **WindowsCE_7**, cpu **ARM**, model **11A**.
