What this firmware is

RAYCUT fiber laser cutters in this tree use a CypCut (Friendess/Bochu) cutting control stack with Raycus RFL fiber laser sources, BCS100 capacitive height control, and related SC2000 / RayTools tooling. Assets fall into these groups:

  1. Raycus RFL source firmware ZIPs — C500S-ST-* / C2000H-ST-* package trees (e.g. C500S-ST-0653A-V3.6.0, C500S-ST-0654-V3.2.0, C2000H-ST-0654B-V3.3.0). Prefer the newest matching source family / version when support directs an update (newer wins by version string, e.g. V3.6.0 over V3.2.0 for the same source line when applicable — always confirm model match first).
  2. SC2000 Fiber Laser Cutting System — full system package ZIP v1.0.392.10 (~17.2 MB) with extracted folder twin.
  3. Raycus Fiber Laser Management Installation — LCM / FiberLaserManagement utility ZIP (~17.0 MB) used for Raycus source status, params, and alarm-record clear (see English guide How to clear alarm record in laser debug.pdf in Firmwares).
  4. CypCut laser software installers — RAYCUT CypCut Laser Software Ver. 6.3.763.12.exe (newer) and …763.10.exe (older). Prefer 6.3.763.12 when installing/updating unless support pins an older build.
  5. Machine-serial / model config packages — LF-1530 1000W / 2000W folders (serial-tagged) with .cfgpkg CypCut configs; root CypCut 1530 *W Raycus.cfgpkg twins; BCS100 V3.0 EXPORT.BFG height-controller export. These are machine/model restore points, not a general “flash this on every RAYCUT.” Wrong-machine restore risk — only when support directs. Support WhatsApp +27 60 600 7000.
