## Facts

- In PrintExp, open **Setting**, choose **Load Link**, wait until the pump starts (sucking noise), count **5 seconds**, then click **Stop**.
- Still in Setting, choose **Clean** → **Clean Normal**.
- Load Ink for 5 seconds then Normal Clean returns the white dampers to white-only (no colour mix).
- Advise the client to repeat this early morning at start of work and late afternoon before leaving.
