# Call-out fee is refundable when the visit never happened

If April/rep confirms callout was **canceled** and technician did **not** attend, refund the call-out fee (example: GH4021-ZUBAIR-18 / Brush and Pistol ZAR 2,500.21).

Do not tell the client "non-refundable" until visit status is confirmed with owning rep.
