## Facts

- VIP discount is a fixed **20%**. It applies automatically when the **contact number** on a Buythis order or an AM quotation is marked VIP. Sales do not calculate it by hand.
- Installing the app does **not** activate VIP. Sales activate it (a VIP can also activate one other VIP per day). Staff should install the app too.
- VIP expires with **no purchase in 30 days**; it can be activated again.
