1. Cap heat press + film roll shipped same Fastway box without bubble/protection → film dented layer-to-layer.
2. Client returned film with AM technicians (avoid return courier fee).
3. Order GH4370 has H-PRESS/4060D + H-PRESS/CAP4 — film is replacement for earlier damage, not a line on that press order → stem confusion when ops ask "what film".
4. Later: CAP4 heat-set won't hold / insufficient heat; unlabeled ink shelf-life; white damper not printing — separate open issues.

Ephraim noise: invents support-portal claim then dropoff-return before human confirms replacement; invents thermostat diagnosis on heat-press follow-up.
