# Double-pay: card on-site then EFT (IA)

**Lesson (b104 TB4027-NJABUL):**
1. Worker card-pays and collects; office EFT's same invoice next morning unaware.
2. Bank may show only the EFT stem — ask owning rep for **card BB** before refunding.
3. Quote stem (-19) may differ from invoice/dispatch stem (-20) on same buyer — OK if BB matches card.
4. Never export client banking / refund amounts to public KB.
