# Go-Printer cancel → credit → delete duplicate BB (IA)

**Lesson (b103 MM4414-TUMISO-9):**
1. Pre-order cancel for consumables credit is OK; prefer wait-for-stock if inbound.
2. Credit note amount may be ex-VAT machine line (ZAR 2,999) vs client-asked incl VAT — confirm which line cancels.
3. If April/another agent already issued a BB credit, delete the duplicate immediately.
4. Never export client banking / credit amounts into public KB.
