- For clients who need **funding** (looking for financing), use the quotation **Finance → Financing** tab. Do not email the application around.
- Steps: Finance tab → Financing; enter company registration or personal ID; add background if needed; Submit. A copy arrives by email; it goes to the finance channel automatically.
- Put contact details of the person seeking funding (required after a later bug-fix).
- POPIA: do not share personal or company financial information with anyone else.
- Wording: **financing** (look for funding), not “finance”.
- CC funding@ / financing@ is a later separate rule.
