# Callout quoting: flight / accommodation thresholds

From Gerchia callout template (Olympian / GH4305-EBENEZ-C5, 2026-08-25):

- Technical callout for AM.CO.ZA machines only; book in advance; date confirmed after payment clears; date valid for that day only
- **>200 km**: min one night accommodation per person
- **>450 km**: quote flight if possible; add luggage + insurance on return; Uber to OR Tambo / airport parking; client fetches/drops at nearby airport; accommodation still applies
- Labour & travel cost not covered by machine warranty
