# Wrong payment reference — owning rep releases by stem prefix

When client pays with wrong bank reference, the owning sales rep (read from stem prefix: TN7=Tatum, TB=Teresa/Tessa family, etc.) must release/reallocate after POP screenshot. CPT staff should route to the correct rep, not broadcast Tessa/Teresa guess.
