## Facts

- V-Smart / V-Auto carry **2 year** warranty; other machines that can come back carry **1 year**.
- Under warranty, drop-off or setup service is **no charge**. If we cannot help, **no charge**.
- Drop-off = client sends a machine back for diagnose/repair. Charge the service SKU when issuing the parts invoice so the client can pay and collect: **X-SERVICE/DROPOLD** if older than 5 years; **X-SERVICE/DROPBIG** if two or more people must carry it; **X-SERVICE/DROPOFF** otherwise.
- Setup = client brings a machine for settings/drivers. Free for the first 5 years from dispatch; after that charge **X-SERVICE/SETUP**.
- Prices exclude VAT. Client may swipe without a prior quote; make a quotation/invoice if they need an invoice or want to pay EFT without VAT.
- This is the **service** charge, not the spares charge.
