Facts

In PrintExp, open Setting, choose Load Link, wait until the pump starts (sucking noise), count 5 seconds, then click Stop.
Still in Setting, choose Clean → Clean Normal.
Load Ink for 5 seconds then Normal Clean returns the white dampers to white-only (no colour mix).
Advise the client to repeat this early morning at start of work and late afternoon before leaving.
