# Changing the Size of Cutting Part on the MetalWise Plasma Control System

##### CAN I CHANGE THE SIZE OF MY PART ON THE PLASMA CUTTER CONTROL?

To change the size of a part on the plasma cutter you use scaling. The proportion for scaling that is used is called ratio.

After loading the part press **F3** to enter in the **PART OPTION**menu.

Press **F4** to select **SCALE** and change the size of your part.

A screen will appear where you will enter the value of the proportion you want to scale with. Use the **NUMBER PAD** to input the scale value.

Press **ENTER** when done to use the proportion entered and resize the image.

You can also change the angle of the part to change the cutting angle on the material you want to cut on without moving the material.

Press **F2** to select **ANGLE**.

Press **F2** again to select **INPUT ANGLE.**

Use the **NUMBER PAD** to enter a value between **-360o**and **360o**.

The picture below shows the output for entering 45o, for example.
