##### Symptoms:

The cutter head does not travel left or right to cut the vinyl and or the values for the force and speed are at zero(0)

##### Solution:

*The following steps will help to restore the cutter to its original default factory settings.*

#### How to Set the V-Smart Vinyl Cutter to Factory Settings.

1.Switch ON the V-smart cutting machine.

2.Press the RED MENU button

The Force and Speed menu will appear on the Touch Screen.

Press the RED button in the middle of the 4 arrows.

Press the RED RESET button.

3.Now the V-smart cutter has been set to its Factory Default Settings(Display screen with default settings below).
