# ATC router: what the client must prepare before install

## Facts

- An ATC CNC router install is treated as not ready until the client has site consumables and power in place.
- Client must prepare:
  - 8 bar air compressor, 100 litre tank
  - 8 mm flexi pipe hose, 5 metres
  - 2× AA batteries for the tool presetter
  - 5 tubes clear silicone (not acrylic)
  - Caulking gun
  - 6 mm Supawood board for the spoil board
  - Industrial 380 V 3-phase electricity: 5-pin 63 A plug **and** socket with 16 mm² cable. Not included with the machine. A certified electrician must sign off the fitting.
- Example hardware used in the briefing (not exclusive SKUs): Tradeair MCFRC113 100 L direct-drive V-head compressor (2200 W, blue); Tradeair TOOH502 8 mm air hose; Duracell Alkaline Plus AA; Alcolin Contractors Silicone Clear 300 ml; Grip light-duty 225 mm caulking gun.
