Colour profiling (SKU X-COLOURIGHT, charged above a normal callout) makes one ICC profile for one condition (passes, inks, machine, media). It is not colour matching to a client sample.
Default profiles at install make colour look nice, not guaranteed ICC-correct. Extra profiles need extra X-COLOURIGHT packages. Typical time over 1 hour, under 2 hours. Profiling can also help a blocked or faded head without swapping the head first.
