Public form fields: **Your Request**, **Description**. Messaging on video pages: if you cannot find a topic, use the request form and they will try to produce it.

### Login / account note (not ingested behind login)

The request page also exposes **Register / Login** (username, email, password) and a status board for requests (Published / Under Review / Planned / Started / Completed / Declined) plus voting on existing requests. At fetch time the public list showed **“Sorry, no requests were found.”**

**Paywalled / login-only:** posting or managing requests appears to require an account. This ingest did **not** register or log in; only the public form shell and messaging were recorded. See MANIFEST blockers note.

## Locations

No separate “training school campus” page was found on this domain beyond Jo’burg / Cape Town phone lines in the chrome. Physical branch detail remains in company sources from am.co.za.
