## Facts

- Do not talk a client through printhead / carriage-board cable work unless the tech is experienced enough to keep the cables right. Wrong plugs kill carriage boards and heads.
- Direct the client to **am.co.za/callout** or **am.co.za/dropoff**.
- A3 DTF drop-off example: client cut the printhead side seal open and plugged cables wrongly on the back of the carriage board — carriage board dead, head dead.
- UV-DTF example: client working the cables caused a motherboard error.
