Facts

If the mixer motor in a DTF white-ink tray stops, first check whether 24 V DC is reaching the motor (multimeter).
The mixer is usually wired straight to the printer power supply, not a separate named PSU.
If the rest of the printer is running, 24 V should be present — look for a damaged wire before quoting a new motor.
