So now, in the previous two videos, we looked at making guides for, uh, horizontal and vertical areas. Now, we're gonna look at how to make one's, uh, perpendicular to a actual line or something in that line. So what I'm gonna do? First of all, I'm going to create a line. I'm gonna put a line here and then have it 100. Uh, I'm sure I say started 100 by 100. So first point, my last point, I'm gonna make about 500 by 500 so we've got a nice 45 degree angle running here. So now what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna put some lines on the side in order for this to work for such. Select your shape now. Yeah, I mostly only get it working with lines. So if you come right, otherwise just let me know otherwise. Then we want to go to the section and select the guide for the perpendicular. I'm going to select that Zoom in after you've had your things selected and then, um, select a hotspot. So I'm gonna go here to this corner for a hotspot click There. You can see it creates that line force. Now, you can do the same with the bottom. So I'm gonna do the same thing selected, go back to the tools, zoom in on the bottom, and then select that point. And there we go. We've got out too. Lines. It's perpendicular to the actual um, what do you call it? Ash line. We've added in. Now, if you wanted to use that line is the guy you can actually selected. Remove it and then you've got those guys over there. So if you want to put on more limitations or guides and your design, you can do it that way as well. But otherwise that is it on the perpendicular line or guideline.
