But before that, let's have a quick intro first. So today's video can be found on software training.co dot Z A. We make sure and easy to watch problem solving videos. And we also have daily updates Now if we get into the programme here. So in the previous video, we looked at managing, uh, files and that on the cloud. Now we're gonna be looking at some additional, um, help resources. Now, there's a few different options we can look at, but, um uh, what we wanna do is so under the useful tools you can see here help resources, and then we have a few options here. Now there's a few here that I'm gonna just point out, which I find quite important. So first of all, it's knowledge base. So if you don't get, uh, the correct stuff, perhaps or we haven't covered it on software training yet, you can always go to knowledge base. When you click this, it's gonna open a website. Just wait for this to load. And if you go here to the bottom, you can see knowledge base. We've got a few different options. You can go there and kind of a deep dive into some of these features. Then another one. That's, uh, handy is we have here the printer profiles, so if I had to click this, it's all gonna open a website. But over here, you can see we can actually select some profiles for different printers. So if I click here, select make, then you can look till you find something or the the correct one you're looking for, maybe rolling. Then we can go to the model and go down the list and select the right model and then simply download it. So that's also quite a handy little feature that you can find on the cloud. Then next to that, we have the licence. So if you wanna see more info on your licence, you can go there. I'm not gonna open that right now. And then the last two year, we have some social, uh, platforms or social channels that you can go check out. But yeah, otherwise that is it. On the help resources can be handy, especially if you are running into problems. They have support as well, but the knowledge base is quite handy. But yeah, otherwise, in the meanwhile, if we add you to software training.co dot Z a, you guys will notice we've got a variety of different Softwares we do cover. And you can also isolate your searching on the top, right? If you do not find the training videos you're looking for, just simply go.
