## Facts

- If the LaserMaster laser power unit alarm is on, first reboot the unit and see if the alarm clears.
- If it does not: you need a computer with internet. Each LaserMaster has a USB-to-serial cable inside, or you can use a network cable.
- Open the side cover and connect at the table on the back of the laser power unit.
- Run the remote-assistance app from **am.co.za/remote** so support can diagnose the alarm.
- Do not clear a live error before support/factory has seen the cause.
