## Facts

- If suction fans stop during a new large-format printer setup, meter the motherboard fan-connector output first.
- If there is no voltage, **do not** unplug the fans and feed them from a 24 V PSU.
- Reset to default and/or power-cycle the printer; re-check motherboard voltage, then plug fans back into the motherboard.
