First Uncrate the Machine, fit the wheels and Stabilizer feet.
Level up the machine using a Builder’s Water Level (Spirit Level).
Install the Water Chiller and Alarm Signal Cable.
Install Air Regulator to body of Machine.
Install Extraction Fan.

Machinery.Support Team standing by to install Trucut 1300x900 with Nitrogen generator
Open Right Side Panel to access the Electrical components and Install Laser Cutter Power Supply, Use heat Shrink Tubing and Silicone Insulation Tape.
Install Laser Tube and connect the Water Pipes and Electrical Cables.

Trucut CO2 fitted with nitrogen regulator
Secure all connections neatly with Insulation Tape and Cable Ties as in the Video.
Align your Laser Beam using Masking Tape, Methylated Spirit and Ear Buds as in the Video. Remember to reduce the Power on the controller to a range of 10% to 35% depending on which marks the tape easily and visibly when you Pulse.
After Alignment input Controller Power back to 80% both Min-Max Power.
Place Material and Auto-Focus then send a Test Cut of 3mm MDF @ 45% power and 15mm/speed to Test your Alignment.
If the Cut is clean and neat then SETUP is Complete.

Nitrogen Generator dramatically reduces smoke when cutting SUPAwood
Using Nitrogen at least set Air Regulator to 3-6Bars of Pressure depending on your Pumps feed rate.
Filling Water in to the Chiller and running it through the Co2 Tube fold the Outlet Pipe from the Chiller several times so that you can check if alarm can go off and also to help bleed out the air bubble inside the Tube.
Replace and secure all Machines Covers.
