When a TruCUT/RDWorks controller stops responding or storage is full so files cannot be accessed: (1) backup settings, (2) reset the controller to default, (3) recover settings.
Factory-blank reset uses password HF8888.
If the PC cannot connect: check drivers; try the latest software on cncu; try a different computer; if still no connection the controller may be damaged.
