- New sales from 2024 use this simplified warranty (or shorter if listed on the quote): machinery **1 year**; accessories and spare parts **6 months** if AM.CO.ZA installs; laser tubes **1 month** if we install; consumables **no warranty**. In-warranty machinery: AM.CO.ZA provides service.
- Older sales keep the warranty that was on that sale (example: a V-Smart sold December 2023 still has its 2-year cover until December 2025). If unsure, use the quotation’s warranty period.
- Out-of-warranty work is intended to move toward a certified technician pool (Machine.Africa and Ambitious.Academy graduates), as more machines age out of warranty.
