Calendars provide an easy way to see the days of the month coming up. Many businesses print monthly calendars with their branding to provide to clients, friends, family or use around the offices. This is a great form of advertising as the calendar will be looked at on a daily basis.

The first step is to start with the design. The client sent us two designs, one for the husband and one for the wife. We will let you guess which is for which!

We are using matt poster paper, which should be easy to tear. We have chosen a [UV printer](https://buythis.co.za/f1-1804-uv#ai) as we want the ink to pop in and be vibrant in colour.

Once [printing](https://buythis.co.za/f1-1804-uv#ai) is done, we need to cut away the excess areas around each month, using a sharp knife on a table.

Once all the months are cut out, we can use a stapler to create to secure the prints together. You can also use a punch to create a hole if you are going to hang the calendar.
