Let's have a quick intro first, so today's video can be found on software training dot c o dot z A. We make sure that easy to watch problem solving videos and we have daily updates otherwise back to their tutorials. So now yeah. In the previous video, we covered the demo mode. Now how does it work? And then in today's video, we're gonna be looking at the manually or manually activating the programme. If you do not have Internet on the current machine that you have, the programme is stalled. Now just a reminder. This is a mini series on basically activating deactivating the programme. I will also put relevant links and description so you guys can follow along. So now let's quickly start the programme. So what you do is go to your start bar, you just click on it and then you can go down your programmes and manually go till you find vinyl cut or with the start button press. You can just start typing in final cut. It will give you the option. Then I'll just open. Yeah. Now we met with this little vinyl demo mode or demo mode. So as we can see here, they say that will run in demo mode until this feature is activated with a valid serial number demo. The software cut our results all lines through the whole design. It's a demo watermark. I mentioned this in a previous video. So now what we have here, we've got activate. And then we also have this. You can buy a licence or you can purchase a licence at, and it gives you a website, which is one of a and then you can just click your as well. So now if you already have a licence, you can obviously just go to activate. Otherwise, I would recommend go here and then, uh, you can follow the steps there. So now let's activate now it's gonna pop us up. There's a final cut or activate final cut with a few different options. So we put the name and serial number, but then you will notice you at the bottom. We have activated manually. So, as I said, if you are unable to activate, click the activate option. This option Let's obtain your activation code at and it gives you your house. And what you can do is like I said, this one is for if you're offline with your current machine, then we can do is you go on your phone and you just type in this your owl in your web browser. Or let's say you've got a friend of the computer. It works. Or maybe at a cyber cafe, Internet cafe, Something on that little light. Now, I already have this, um, being open so t in the background. So what we'll do is your first of all, I have to go to activate manual manually and you'll see we've just got to new fields under the activation options. So we've got the site code, and then we've got activation. Goat. So then, basically, what you wanna do with your serial number and name that you have, you're gonna go to the website. I just Yeah. Good done. Yeah, and then you'll see at the bottom here. Obviously read the important notes you're not gonna cover. In other words, Gonna take too much time, but any case. So then you want to type in your name, your serial number and then the site coat. So then, once you've got all of that, you can say generate, activate code or activation code. Then it will make a code for you that you can now go back to your final cut, that tab that's open or that window putting activation code and just activated. And then the programme will be valid without having to be connected to the Internet. So that's basically how you go around doing it the manual way. And in the next video, we're gonna be looking at doing it automatically. Let's say your computer is connected to the Internet, so it's rather simple and fast, and, uh, I would imagine most people are gonna be doing it that way. But it is great that we have no Internet, no problem option.
