Check product barcode at https://fulfillment.co.za/status (or fulfillment.co.za menu). The Fulfillment app only shows warehouse/stock data, not warranty extension, extra service agreements, or whether a service type is allowed.
Old AM7 barcodes: the status page guides the client to obtain a new Fulfillment barcode.
If the page says training is not allowed, do not book training. If training is provided, it is no-charge when a valid training voucher is used; material fee depends on the voucher.
Voetstoots sales: no service.
Some vinyl cutters (Vinyl4 class) have training video only, no classroom training.
Consumables generally have no machine service; scan the machine barcode. Some accessories (pumps, fans) and printheads (unclog drop-off) do have conditional service — the status page is the check.
Small machines often have drop-off only, no callout.
Consultation vs remote assistance vs further (training/callout/dropoff) follows the ticks on that page; do not provide an unticked service.
Alias https://am.co.za/status is the same check as fulfillment.co.za/status.
Old AM7 aluminium barcodes and new Fulfillment barcodes both work on that page.
No barcode: send purchase details to barcode@am.co.za so a barcode can be created.
