- Check product barcode at https://fulfillment.co.za/status (or fulfillment.co.za menu). The Fulfillment **app** only shows warehouse/stock data, not warranty extension, extra service agreements, or whether a service type is allowed.
- Old AM7 barcodes: the status page guides the client to obtain a new Fulfillment barcode.
- If the page says training is not allowed, do not book training. If training is provided, it is no-charge when a valid training voucher is used; material fee depends on the voucher.
- Voetstoots sales: no service.
- Some vinyl cutters (Vinyl4 class) have training video only, no classroom training.
